Do I need to be physically fit to join HealthConnect?

Not at all! HealthConnect welcomes students of all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or already active, our programs are designed to help everyone improve at their own pace.

Who can become a member?

Membership is open to all students who are interested in improving their physical, mental, and overall well-being while participating in a supportive campus community.

Is there a membership fee?

Membership is completely free. Some special off-campus activities or charity events may require a small participation fee to cover transportation or event expenses.

How do I become a member?

Simply complete the online registration form on our Membership page. Once approved, you'll receive updates about upcoming events, workshops, and wellness programs.

What activities does HealthConnect organize?

We organize fitness sessions, wellness workshops, healthy cooking demonstrations, sports activities, yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, educational seminars, and community wellness events.

Can non-members attend HealthConnect events?

Yes. Many of our awareness campaigns, seminars, and wellness events are open to all students. Members receive priority registration for limited-capacity activities.

How often are wellness programs conducted?

Activities are scheduled throughout the semester, including weekly fitness sessions, monthly workshops, guest speaker events, and special campus wellness campaigns.

Do you provide nutrition guidance?

Yes. HealthConnect shares healthy recipes, meal planning tips, nutrition articles, and educational workshops to encourage healthy eating habits among students.

Are mental health discussions confidential?

Absolutely. We promote a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment where students feel comfortable discussing mental wellness and seeking guidance.

Can students with medical conditions participate?

Yes. Students should inform event organizers about any medical conditions so activities can be adjusted when appropriate. Safety is always our highest priority.

Can I volunteer or become a student leader?

Definitely! Members can volunteer during campus events, assist with wellness campaigns, and apply for leadership opportunities within the club.
